My Approach to Therapy

I offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making the changes that matter most to you. My work is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—two evidence-based approaches that help people navigate intense emotions, heal from past experiences, and build more fulfilling lives. I’m also a certified Eating Disorder Specialist and can help you create a healthier relationship with food.

DBT Gold Standard

I offer DBT Gold Standard, which includes individual DBT therapy, DBT skills groups, 24-hour phone coaching, and a consultation team for the therapist. If you’re interested in joining a group or enrolling in Gold Standard, or just learning more about whether it might be a good fit for you, I’d be happy to connect. Group DBT Therapy

I offer couples counseling for partners who feel stuck in painful communication patterns, frequent conflict, or cycles of disconnection that leave both people feeling misunderstood. Using a DBT-informed approach, we work to slow these interactions down, better understand the emotions underneath them, and build skills that support more effective communication, validation, and connection.
